Why is icbc saying there broke?, because scumbags that run it and pillage funds. Now we are getting rebate checks because they feel sorry for us.
I'm so pissed at this disgusting bribe I ripped it up and tossed it out.

I took another route though. Took my $110 to the casino and tried to see if Horgan would give me more. It didn’t work.

They claim they are broke because their workers do not do their job they just approve every injury claim false or not. Had a passenger file a claim for wiplash after screwing around and car slid into the show filled ditch at slow speeds, no damage to the car at all. I took pictures of the person riding horse, bike, and doing all kinds of sports. ICBC said ya we know its a false claim but its easier just to pay them out "less paperwork"
