on other peoples posts they have sayings and a list of there quads listed underneath their posts, what do i have to do to get mine to do that?

That's your signature. You click on your private messages link and you will see a menu on the left side of your page. Click on edit signature. What ever you put down will show up on the bottom of all your posts.
