how to bleed the oil pump on an M1000

Just wondering if anyone knows the proper oil pump bleeding procedures for this, there is a bleed screw on the top of the pump but there is no way you are ever going to get at it once the throttle bodies and y-pipe are back on, so i am wondering if this can be done as soon as the motor is mounted in the sled and the oil line is connected to the pump.

so is there a proper procedure or just remove the srew until oil runs out without any air bubles and good to go? I am just wondering if this is all there is to it as it seems way to simple.
