how many nicks - pits is ok to reuse on a head?

huh well that sure looks worse than mine.......................
i guess larrys out 100 bucks.... cause he has a stock one..... but i'm not 100 % sure a 09 800r xp and a 07 800r rev head are the same

Yes yours looks nicer than mine did when done...far better. The knicks I left were about the same as yours but I had far more of them....

man the price is going up after i seen your crappy head, will be worth double when yours burns down again. looks real bad. who did the grinding for the clean up, man ya should have let me do it, auto mechanics, shheesh

From what i see after clean-up you might loose 2-3 psi of compression, which you wont even notice. RUNN HER

I have over 1000km on mine since the rebuild and I tested her today.... 135psi each hole
