how do I obtain S.O.C.label or letter of compliance

Trying to import a polaris snowmobile..will not pass the riv inspection without a( s.o.c. label) or compliance letter from polaris....Polaris is no help...has anyone else had this problem...? is the guy at can tire beening a a$$.
An s.o.c. is the goverment sticker on the side of the tunnel...which rubs off as soon as your boot hits it.....

find a canadian write-off and just use the serial # from it to register it as a canadian machine...

Not sure myself. I just walked in to an Alberta registries with my bill of sale and my insurance and walked out with a plate. My sled was brought in from USA and had never been registered. Never had to get any other paperwork, any riv forms.
