This is how my day started Yesterday Morning:(
Had a cube van come across the meridian doing 110 on Hwy 2 just south of Innisfail, got him broadside, I walked away and he didn't walk away but he will get to tell his story of a head-on with a semi. Pushed my engine back about 6", frame twisted, buckled the dash, poped both windshields out, crushed sleeper when jack knifed, looks like be gettin a new one:)

YIKES.... If that is what your truck looks like, what does the van look like? Does anyone else get the feeling that drivers on hwy 2 are in a hurry to get nowhere?? To me it seems that driving from Edmonton to Red Deer cruise set at 118 km/h and your staying with the majority of the flow and being passed by those few that are impatiently in a hurry to get nowhere fast. Now once you get south of Red Deer and cruise still set at 118 km majority of the other drivers are now passing you. Driving hwy 2 south to Calgary sucks........

Milk, had just left our yard in Innisfail, heading to Calgary to unload. I had just passed a truck in the ditch and the cops were there and they saw the whole thing. Good witnesses eh! Was a little nervous heading down this morning and a little sore but feel lucky and will be sledding next days off:)

I will admit that Road conditions were terrible, glare ice. Could hardly stad on the highway but heard that it was pretty good south of bowden, so I figure he had his cruise on and hit the ice and lost it.

Glad your okay, I know what if feels like, a few years back I got t-boned in an intersection, nobody was hurt that bad but it scares the crap out of you and you can't stop shaken for a couple of days. The only thing that bothered me physically was my ankles I figure I was trying to push the brake and clutch pedal through the floor board trying to stop the truck from spinning around:eek:
