Heading to Boyle area (Hope Lake Campground) this weekend with a bunch of friends for a family quadding weekend. Just found out that Hope Lake Campground doesn't allow quads inside the campground anymore and they have to be stored outside the entrance in a "fenced locked compound" that is locked at night.

Has anyone been there recently or familiar with the area that can shed some light on what the compound is all about and just how secure it is.

it is very secure havent been out there this year was out about 5 times last year with my dad and its great. Yes its a bit of a hassle to get to the quads from your site but the compound is very large and with a high fence with angled barb wire at the top. It is very safe to store them. the riding is amazing out there go all the way to north buck if you have time its a beautiful ride to get out there...

I did notice that the gate was closed at the Trail head at Hope Lake Campground a couple weeks back.
Too bad, but at least they have set up a compound rather than turning all quadders away.

Great riding out there for sure.
We have a lot in the area. Our last ride was from Amisk to Hope lake to Chump lake to North Buck and back to Amisk.
