Is it to old hes like completly modded it except for boring it he would sell for $1000 should i buy it

if it runs its prob not a bad deal, if

a- you know the guy,
b- have some mechanical abilities, as bikes are high maintanance....

also may want to check wheel brgs.....
compression......
spoke tension....

air filter....generally guys who neglect the bikes dont, service the air filter... check the engine oil,...
