Help Please Summit 583 flooding

I have a summit 583 that will run for about five minutes then seems to flood itself out. I dodnt much about them, but on the right side carb, fuel is cooming up to the HAC system, is this normal? Has anyone else had this same problem or know what might be wrong?

sounds like your float is stuck or float needle stuck open,give it a tap and see if this helps or you will have to remove that carb and check the float for a hole or replaced the needle and seat

My moneys on the HAC. The diafram spec is gonna be out. Thr center nipple has a needle in the center that shold be no longer than 6mm from the top of the nipple. There is a way to adjust it but its a bit painfull. Check that and let me know if its out of spec.
