The Lac Ste Anne ATV club may have even put that there. It's been a few months since I've been to a club meeting but they were talking about putting up a fence or two to appease a few of the landowners that were starting to really get fed up.

whoDEANie, have you got any contact info for this club?

Also I can understand how landowners in the area are getting upset, quads are getting louder and louder, and people are getting more disrespectful every day. Don't get me wrong I love my quad, I love mud, and I love playing in the mud, however, if you're running some stupidly loud exhaust and you're playing right behind my place stuck in the mud, holding it wide open to try to get out, I'm going to start to get upset. Most the time its not even the 4x4 quads that are the ones making all the noise, I've seen and heard way more noisey 2 wheel drive sport quads than 4x4's, even though there are a fair share of loud 4x4's. If we want to keep these area's open we have to start using some respect and more importantly some common sense. These area's aren't there for us to just go out, get completely stuck, have lunch, leave beer cans, and lunch wrappers laying around, and go home. Pack out what you pack in, use some respect when around people & peoples houses, and for god sake don't make a stupid mess with your machine when/if you are stuck.

Tyler, give this a try.
Keep in mind that it may take them a while for them to get back to you.

The county puts up a fence every year that closes down the one road lease, If that's the fence you are talking about. Its to much of a unstable area and they don't want quads in there chewing it up. If there are fenced off areas stay out cause that's what will get it shut down out there.

Met Ronnie and Randy Marks of the Lac St. Ann ATV club and their take on the hells half acre was the owner was tired of the nonsense, you can get in through the north side but it is beyond mucky If I understood them correctly. I was really looking forward to getting out there, oh well.
