Had a company do an install for me last season oh what a mess. The company installed a wooden box just ugly and I think it’s a fire hazard. So I am going to redo this install and I am asking if anyone knows where I could buy a proper aluminum furnace box. Please help ✌️

Kind of same topic. You guys that have spray insulated the underneath of your trailers. How did you prepare it for insulating? 1) Pressure washing. 2) Good scrubbing with wire brush. 3) A light sand blasting. Just like most things preparation is Key.

Looked at heater options for our 27 foot trailer 2 seasons ago. Went with the 42k Suburban furnace in a Paradis Motorsports furnace box. Works great and Ron was great to work with on the details of install and supplying the many smaller items you need to complete a functional project.

Did all the work ourselves.

If you go with a Suburban or equivalent propane furnace, be sure to check that the furnace box you purchase will accommodate that specific furnace dimensions!

The DSW furnace box at that time did not accommodate the Suburban furnace we bought. His furnace box fit more the longer, square shaped furnaces and the Paradis furnace box fit the lower profile style of Suburban furnaces.

We use a lot of DSW trailer accessories and they work great!
