Does anyone know how to fix or repair one faulty heated hand grip (brake side)?

Make, model? They're basically just resistive elements. Just need to find the break in it and re-solder it. Unless it's shorted out. By the time you cut off the grips though, you usually have quite a mess! Look into replacement grips, they're really not expensive! Either factory or aftermarket.

I just replaced mine with a set from Royal Distributing. Heaters were $25 and the grips were $15. Works better than the originals, IMO.

you are better off just replacing them with new ones troubleshooting is a pain with grips
