So I ordered some heated hand grips from Royal Distributors and when I went to put them on my 03 Summit Highmark tonite I found a problem. The kit that came was a 2 wire kit and the grips on the sled are a 3 wire. What should I do to make them to work properly using the existing controls and wiring etc, order a 3 wire kit?

Thanks

the two wire units work the same way, they just use one heat pad instead of two. In the three wire unit you have a ground wire, and two separate heat units. Off, medium(one heat circuit) and high (two heat circuits).
The two wire heat circuit uses a resistor. (that white thing) to knock the amperage down for medium.
They come with a wiring diagram............ Most people put in the supplied switch and ignore the stock switch. Good time to put in good bars and risers, and clean up all the garbage stock wiring.
