Riding around new years eve, lost my headlights 1st low beam then high beam. Tail and brake lights still work. Guage and guage light still working. No effect of performance. What else could it be other than the voltage regulator? Thanks:beer:

check the wiring clustre, this sounds isolated cause everything else works. Did you check you headlamp bulbs? Might be a dumb question but it is a good place to start.

The fuses are good but does the relay control the headlights, hand warmers and guages or just headlights? I'll pick up a new relay monday and try it.

Do this and keep a spare.

I believe it does play a part with the headlights.

Get the napa one. like 10$.

I replaced the relay and no change still no headlights. I'll put it into the shop later this week to continue checking. Other than the main plug, what else on the back of the cluster would cause no headlights?

I had a buddy come over with his 05 rev, we put my headlights in his sled-everything works. We put his headlights in mine-everything works. Went sledding for 7 hrs. No problems. I tried everything to make them go out, big jumps, 30 ft drops onto hardpack, flat out across wind blown stubble fields with huge drifts and lights still working. I can't explain why they're working now but they are. We'll see how long it lasts:beer:
