Does anybody know if someone makes grill covers to keep snow out of the XRS style hoods. I am looking at a lexan hood that has the "gill" type vents like the XRS hood and was wondering how people keep the snow out.

get some slp screen material and glue it in on the inside of the hood to cover the vents and also over the headlight holes. I've done this to alot of xrs's and it works really well and the material is only like 40.00 i think. And just use weatherstrip aadhesive to glue it in.

I used bug screen and it works great as well. I had regular duck tape and then found some more sticky duck tape and re-did it. :d

Thanks glen, i'll give it a try. The weatherstrip adhesive, is that a glue or does it come as a two sided tape?
Is the snow starting to pile up up high there yet?

The weatherstrip adhesive is a glue.. It works awesome. i installed some of the kits that doo sells and they dont seem to work as well or look as goood. Havn't got to see the hills since i got home from the sled show but the trees are sure white that ive got to see on the hillsides.
