Once this covid 19 business is taken care of, the progressive, green energy climate change whackos and their media lackeys will make sure that movie disappears. Can’t have any dissent about the green energy revolution.

Speaking of delusion, it's interesting that even this supposedly 'woke' film never once mentions that nuclear is the only answer.

First you have to swallow the part that CO2 is causing global warming to begin with, by 2037 this will become an impossible agenda to push.

I have been waiting for this movie to go public. An excellent documentary to watch. I thought it was very well balanced. Not pro fossil fuels, not pro climate change.... a good honest look at consumerism and opportunistic capitalism. Like the saying goes..."truth is always in the middle".

Should be noted that you have to watch through the credits as they provide updates.

I know Bill Gates isnt all that popular right now however, in the Netflix documentary "Inside Bill Gates' Brain" the last episode is worth a watch.

He basically sponsored/developed a new style of nuclear reactor that uses the waste /by product of the other current nuclear reactors as fuel.

It's pretty neat, and definitely could help power generation for the world. The other really interesting thing In that documentary, is that he had to get government approval to work with china to build and produce these Nuclear reactors. Took him 5 years to come up with an agreement with China, then it was all for not when Trumo went after China and started a trade war....

Make me wonder how bad Gates wants trump out of office.

Humans can try to prolong the inevitable,,, other then that its a crap shoot of an extra few years added to the good times... Ha

Some folks take it as doom and gloom,,, all living species at 1 time or the other will come to an end...

20.000 +++ different dinosaurs over 2 +++ ice ages,,, 7 +++ meteorite strikes,,, and who knows how many viruses occured over the 12.4 ish billions of years...

Lots of folks forgot that the powres to be changed the time line of Blue Marble a few years ago...

Was at 17 ish Billion years,,, then they reilazed that we actually slowed down alot since then...

Guesstimates since know one really knows...

Dont watch the PBS series """Man would feed the World."""

Take note what he said at the end of the documentary,,, real eye opener...

Of course,,, take it with a grain of bird seed,,, the 50/50...

The only way we will know is when the human experiment comes to its final end,,, or would that be the begining...

Hummmmm...

Lol

I definitely don't agree with some of the information at the beginning of the film, he definitely takes snippets of interviews to portray renewable energy as worse than it is, things like solar panels lasting 10 years, most have warranty for 25 years.

I think the main point to pull from this is to follow the money. Green energy is being pushed now because someone makes a profit from it, and in many cases billions from it, regardless of whether it is actually beneficial or not.

Love the Al Gore bit selling his company to Al Jazeera for 100 million.... all of that 100 mill came from oil. Can’t make stuff up like that any better. Gotta give Moore who is far left of center credit for giving the world a glimpse of how it really works, it’s always about the money and herding the sheeple around, always.

im a little blown away by all the "BioFuel" plants in the USA. Had no idea that was going on, deforestation for burning to create less KWH than coal can provide? mind boggling

The vast majority of wood pellets produced in BC are wood waste from sawmills and other mills or waste recovered from the logging blocks that would have otherwise been burned or rotted. They do sometimes use whole logs but more so when the industry is in a downturn and they are getting less than they need due to mill curtailments. Even then we are not talking prime logs it is junk that has disease issues or is already dead and a wildfire risk.
