Hey there guys, I bought a 2007 Apex and a 2007 Phazer last year and am getting them ready for the season this year. I need to grease the fittings, but I am finding that the fittings wont take grease. Normally I would just replace the fittings with replacements, but it appears that the fittings have been spot welded in place. Has anyone out there seen this on their sleds, and if so what did you do to correct it?

Probably not a spot weld.......solder maby.....just heat it up and turn it should come right off.

Yep, they're spot welded. Aren't they SMRT? What I did was removed all the grease nipples and welded bungs in its place that was drilled and tapped for a grease nipple. Now when the nipple is hooped, unscrew and replace.
