good place to ride in valemount

so me and a buddy are coming up sunday and riding valemount monday tuesday. we ride a tonne in the mountains but never been north. what are you regulars recomending for expeirienced mountain riders who dont know the area? thinking of sled skiing tuesday at chrystal ridge so just sugestions for monday would be much apreciated thanks in advance!

Check the grooming schedule the trail up would be my deciding factor after a weekend.

Clemina is usually our first stop due to how close it is, about 12-17k up I think but this area has bouncing runs and trees along the trail up.

I would say Allen creek but to get the good riding in that area you need to jump bowls way back past the cabin (9k trail ride nice and short). But if you don't know the area it's not good first time ride unless there's a ton of powder.

I would say if you know there's snow in mcbride and want to drive the extra 160 km north it's a huge open area nice cabin sweet long trail ride up though 30+k
