i'm new to Edmonton and definately have an injector issue. the injector warranty is good for another 3 months so need to take it in. I hear there is new policy on testing and a good dealer can make the difference. Any advice or experiences?

thanks guys.

Thanks guys,

it's an 03 with about 190000km. Plenty of km but only a few months left on the special injector warranty. In the last couple months my mileage has dropped about 4-5 mpg, she idles rought, and is puking blue smoke. Been here before and and had all injectors changed back in about 2004.

I was just reading on another site (GM site) of issues with GM honoring this warranty. The stories were split with good and bad tales so I thought I would ask if anyone had a good experience with an edmonton or nearby dealer.

I'll give Nicholson a call. Thanks a bunch.

I just bought a 05 dirtymax with 145km and was wondering if the injectors would be covered.

from what I understand the 04 and earliers had the extended injector warranty.. Not so sure about the 05's.

Just take Your vehicles Serial number to any GM dealer and they can run it through the system and tell you exactly what warranties apply to Your particular vehicle.
Most dealers are helpful in these matters.
