We just received our second good dump of snow in two weeks. People are out riding tonight. We still need some good frost to get things frozen up real good...but this snow will be here to stay.

Not sure where to post pics of our area...this noob needs direction!:p

Hey Scotty...sorry about the no pics. It is dark by the time I went for a cruise. I will post up some pics from our daytime rides after this weekend.

Well at the risk of getting hate literature from you southern folks, check out the attached. 30 miles today. Couldn't get to the mountains because of the overflow in the creeks but lots of fresh pow. -9 & the CF 6 was purring.
What a blast.

Yeah it was minus 15 to 25 for about 10 days. Peel River ice crossing opened today to light traffic. Some guys have been riding for about 10 days. I hate changing wearbars & hyfax so I waited til today. There is a base of about a foot & we got 4" today. Hair straight back from now til May long. $1.89 for fuel though & that's low test. Oh well as least we are riding.

OUCH!! Does Fort MacPherson have only govt supplied fuel services or are there private fuel suppliers?

Our price here in HR is down to 1.06! I am going to fill a few barrels and be good the for the season.

No gov't fuel. Co-Op just lowered their price to $1.67. Nothern Store still at $1.89. No line-ups for fuel but $60. per fill up stings. It snowed all night all night & still is. Going sledding right now!
