If you're still basically stock I'd call a well known Poo dealer such as Tri-City Polaris and see what they say. I'd bet they have some dialed in 700's out there that are just clutched; as well as being able to let you know about set-ups for the SLP single.

Tri City Polaris also makes a sweet front bumper replacement that adds alot of piece of mind when mowing down XP's

If the plan is to add pressure - then focus on dropping the weight since a lot of things you do to add power now will probably have to be undone when you add the turbo (i.e. if you milled the head then you would have to get a stock head or domes when you put the turbo on, you will need the stock pipe for the turbo anyway, etc). If it were me, I'd focus on some lightweight parts that can stay on the sled when the boost goes on. Then you get the best of both worlds. Get some skis, maybe fox floats shocks?, seat, bars, hood, etc. The easy stuff that is cheap and will loose the most weight right off the bat. Any sprung weight you can get rid of makes a big difference. Just my $0.02. Good luck.
