Reading the Journal the last couple of days, I came across two letters that essentially called out for a ban on quadding. I have yet to see anything positive about our sport in the paper. The writers viewpoint was mostly about the damage caused by OHV owners especially in sensitive areas. When we were at the Cardinal River trail in Cadomin, there were signs posted to stay on the trails to minimize the damage, people were ripping up the landscape with no regard to the signs it seems. We are our own worst enemies in this regard. I know this has been said before but what is it going to take to meet halfway. I really enjoy quadding but I fear it may get restricted to the point of no fun at all. Won't the enviromentalists love that!!
