I had a suzuki with 15 thousand K on it that wore out every part you can think of. I got most of the parts for it on ebay for half of what you would pay new or used and I never had a problem. Just check feedback scores and you should be okay. If you pay with paypal you are usually protected anyway, ie: item never arrives. File a complaint and paypal will have your money back in your account within a week. I have always had good luck.

I don't know you tell me hahahah

I hope the pic loads

Looks like you need the cases and some bearings, fixed my sons kvf 300 front diff last fall with parts from echo cycle, cost about $1000 for what I needed. Ordering parts off ebay, sure you can save a buck, but if the parts are wrong a lot of hassel to return. Bike bandit online has a good parts supply, also noticed a diff on kijiji. Just a note, kawasakis have a problem with the diff seals, check your diffs often to avoid this expensive repair, I learned the expensive way!

Water is not much of an oil additive. I run synthetic in all my quads, more money but better than regular oil. Maintanence is the key here if you don't like spending on costly repairs. Good luck:):)

I'm in the same boat. I have a 2 wheel drive Brute for the last 6 months. Grenaded the front diff. once with warranty, but now I seam to have internal issues after towing a Rhino through the last Snow & Mud poker rally @ Medicine lake. My case is good, but no go on the gears. When I dumped my oil, it wasn't oil anymore...it was a few gobs of tar that came out, so obviously it burnt up.

I have a few different quads for my family, and through experience I know that the Kawasaki's require a little more attention when it comes to checking and servicing the diffs. Always remember oil and grease are cheaper than parts usually! Never had issues with my Can Am or Suzuki diffs, and we ride the mud and water all the time.
