Its not to bad Drop the skid Then i think like 12 rivots to drill out then install New front cooler Maybe 4 5 hrs as long as you Have the proper tools to do

Thanks Hole is fairly round. I was thinking maybe of using an expandable plug but don't know if it would last. Also thinking of getting it Tigged while the cooler is still in the sled?

You could tig it with a patch as long as it's good and clean and you can find someone that will do it. Any contaminants in aluminum though and it can be really tough to get a good bead that will seal.

Did just that Cost $80 but saved hours and finding a used one. Thanks East Side Welding in Airdrie!!!
