Circled-Mistake

Im looking at the Front-Arm Mounting Location on my 1993 EXT550 Mountain Cat 136", and I see what looks like just a plastic plug covering a hole in the tunnel... This plug sits directly under the bolt that holds the front arm assembly in place... My question is.. is if this "hole" I see is another mounting location? If I move the front arm assembly down to this hole, will it change my Track pressure any?? The sled seems to "Dive" into the snow and was wondering if the amount of track Pressure had anything to do with it... Any help is Great!!
