Holy cow! I thought this was gonna be another Med in theTwisted Tea thread at first. But you found real snow, not imaginary snow. Lol.

August has been beautiful in the Koot's and there isn't much snow remaining. Sure I could find some if I were on a mission and wanted to go to the top of the ski hill on the lea side but...........

I'll let Mike have his fun!! Good find dude!

I was in snow last weekend. All it took was a 20 minute canoe ride.

I was trying to find my hand gaurds that are no longer attached to my sled due to a whoopsie on that very hill we are walking up.

Yep White Boar. With a 4x4 it is a pretty easy drive in with a canoe and then a 5 minute walk with it to the lake. Meachen was out after the big slide but it is all fixed up. The last 3km's into the lake are bit rough but doable.

Well that's news to me, I thought it was still blocked off. That's good to know.

Fresh snow came down two nights ago here at work in the foothills just south of Cadomin. Still some remnants left today at the higher elevations. There are still some traces of last years snow left in a few crevaces. Ice had formed on top of some 45 gal drums last night too. It's coming!!!!!!!!:specool:
