Good day Haul a 9 foot camper with this long box truck. Since new have had rocking front to back of my truck. What the hell is wrong. Just found out the back of frame behind the rear axel is not strong enough to support the load and is flexing. Ford tuff. BS?

Yup. Sounds like BS. Unless you've loaded a ton of lead into the back of your camper or have a huge tongue load on the hitch it's not the frame behind the rear axle. If it's a big heavy camper its natural to get some pitching and swaying going down the road.

Weight maxed out. Ford dealer told me this is the truck I needed. Truck is 2009. When new truck would not start at 20- below. Tow truck driver pulled it on deck truck and frame twisted so much front window cracked. Also seen a 2016 f350 doing the same with his camper on. Cam phaser are now giving trouble.

So sell the truck and get a bigger one or sell the camper and get a lighter one. Simple enough. Not sure what you are asking or just stating you don't like your f350?

How is the frame behind the axle flexing? A truck camper (I'm assuming that's what your referring to, and not a Trailer) will spread the load out over the 8' of the whole box and won't bend just 3' of the end. And what do you mean you have rocking back and forth? What kind of restraint system do you use?

Doesn't make any sense at all. How would a truck frame twist while being pulled straight onto a flatdeck? Better yet who gets their truck towed instead of plugging in the block heater? If you have maxed out the payload of a truck with a camper of course its going to sway a little.

If you have a chance watch some one lift a load of the truck. Watch the frame.

Never plugged a truck in all my life never had any trouble. Truck was parked on Main Street in town. All arranged by Ford. Also if you back off bush Road at angle you can not open tail gate.

Sorry HAD 16 other Ford trucks and this is the first one. That not a truck. This might help some one what to look for when getting a new one.

Welcome to modern Fords. I have worked with a couple 07's and one was so bad it wouldn't start below 5 celsius without the block heater being plugged in. And below -20 without the 2 battery warmers as well. Another 07 wouldn't start below -15 without a block heater. My question is: if you know the solution to the problem, the only problem is not using the solution.

What did you mean when you said the Camper rocked back and forth?
