HaHaHa ,Find a buddy..........lol .It is a nice piece,tough to find where it works for more than one family..........South of this is some of the best quadding area i have ever seen,not well known,yet !!!

Power is on allready ,rest are at road side............It is a smokin deal !!! I laugh people buy trucks for 75 k and can`t afford land.....Holy Fawk...
My dad always said : "Buy land they are not making it any more" This thing would pay for itself just renting out one of the yardsites...!!!
