For the last couple years I have bought a inflatable raft from Costco for out at the cottage. They dont seem to take the abuse we hand them. I was considering building one out of wood and 5 gal pails, but need some advice. Anyone else made one?
I was thinking square in design, two seats on each side(probably 5 feet long), and an open centre. Basically four benches pinned at the ends, with 5 gallon square pails underneath.
