Hi All,

I just bought my first sled and am dying to try it out. I'm just a beginner rider with very little experience. Anybody now of any spots just north of Edmonton that i could get out and "tool" around. Open country would probably be a good idea.......hahaha.

I don't know any north of edmonton, but your best bet if your in edmonton would be to head out to the alberta beach trail system. only about 40 mins west. That way you can get out the lake and play on the new sled. Just stop buy echo marine on your way out and grab a trail pass if you plan on hittin the trails just shows suport for the guys the maintain the trails and a bonus is they just groomed a bunch of the trails. Good luck and have fun.

Trail passes are $60 but they go up to $70 on saturday, good for the year though. There is a staging area right in ab beach just follow the main drag and you will most likly see some one else parked there. Also Some one at echo may be able to give better directions i just ride from my house, sorry. You should be able to get a map of the trails at echo to, that should show you were to stage at.

Also if you buy the asa trail pass it is good for all the trails throughout the province....

Welcome and enjoy...sledding is addictive...
