don't forget.... they get one month taken off for "pre-trail" jail time. so in jail for 3 months before trail means 3 months taken off sentence (good behaviour they call it)

IF he goes to jail his lawyer will ask that he goto psyc ward , and not be put into GP. He will get fed time for this crime, which will be over the 2years +1. He will goto ont , probley kingston.
I hope he gets 2 days in GP

I thought they still also got a 2 for 1 deal for time served prior to trial? For every month they served prior to and during trial they get two months reduced sentence time. Last I heard this hadn't been changed.

Justice is very wrong, and wont change till people have a say in punishments. And this youth crime is a total load of BS. I dont care that you are 14 or 16 even 17 almost 18. You did a crime, you will pay. Dont give me the im just a kid or i didnt know better. Well obviously you need some extra help, cause you arent very bright , for that we will lock you up for the next 4 year and educate you on life and what is right and wrong. No this isnt going to be taught to you , you are going to learn on your own, and unless you are passing with a B+ you are not going to be released.

Justice system is fawked, the prison systems isnt so forgiving.

Yes the criminal system need some serious attention, and untill someone makes that there running platform, there isnt gonna be change. Judges should be voted in and not given a job. . . . . . .
