That's actually who I deal with now but from Olds its just a frickin long drive and out of the way, whenever I personally have dealt with them they've been good though.

I prefer to go SE of Calgary to Bruce's in Medicine Hat. It's a bit of a drive, but Trevor aka Rhodesie (on this site) know's his chit, and will NOT steer you wrong!!!

Rainy creek is good on new quad purchases, but on parts they are out to lunch, they are mlp price plus 15%. Also a Long way outta my way. if parkland doesn't have the part i will purchase at rainy creek. There service dept is a bit to be desired also, They screwed up a speed sensor on warranty. I'm thinking doug needs to pull his socks up, i wont be going back there again

I was in parkland twice, when I was working in RD, and after the 2nd time. I vowed to NEVER go in there again!!!
Their customer service/ relations was not good!!! And I was in there for plugs, oil, and a belt. I have never been to rainy creek, so I can't comment.

I did go to Cycle Works North in Calgary, to buy my cover for the Dragon. I was happy with their professionalism and the way I was treated, I would go back again. If I didn't have Bruce's to go to :)

Yes there service dept is hidden away, parts counter girl is good, she can look up numbers, keep gerome outta there would be best., i have no idea how good they are, so far they have been ok, rainy on the other hand! Just what i have found doing business out there. Good price on machines, warranty is soso, service soso, parts expensive, otherwise they are polaris dealer of the year, lol

Cycle works on 32nd in Calgary seemed decent and that's probably where I would end up going I think, been into Mountain toys in Cochrane too but they seem to think everyone has more money than brains. "how can I help this motor out" "Here put this boondocker turbo on it" "cant I just do a head and exhaust or something" "no, turbo!!"

Okay, Maybe not Quoted word for word but something close to that

I usually compare prices before I buy anything and Rainy has always been on par with anywhere else I've checked, at least on the parts I've needed anyway

I was in Mountain Toys once for about 5 mins, and have never been back there since. I was looking for a 2011 Pro, and they were trying to tell me what I should be looking for  I walked out as the salesperson was talking.....

I've been happy with CycleWorks in NE Calgary. Their parts guys have always been really helpful for me, and the couple times I've needed to use service I've never had a problem. Only issue I have with them, is it is often difficult to actually get someone at the service desk, but if one of the parts people are free, they will usually go find someone for you.
Went to Mountain Toys once and, except for the girl working behind the counter, I wasn't a fan of that place.
