There is no such thing as an unbiased opinion. People will choose whatever they think is best and will think that way as long as they own that product. People take so much pride in their material possessions its ridiculous.

How can someone like myself who is currently doing research into what's a good starter sled when all I see are bashing threads. With everyone bashing everything, it really looks like it doesn't matter what sled I get because apparently everyone loves the sleds they have and will bash anything else. Want proof other than these forums? Lol. Mac vs PC, vehicles, phones, gaming systems, TVs, etc. all have such big numbers of fanboys that its redonkulous. I don't deny that I have not participated in such debates, but its still crazy.
I ride a 12 Proclimb but if I had done a little more research on this website I would have purchased a SkiDoo because they are quite obviously a far superior machine.

Weird, I found the biggest issue with 90% of the mountain sleds is the pilot. All the new sleds will go way more places than they should and are more than capable in the mountains, you just need the right people at the controls.

It's kind of funny when you are riding a stock sled and the turbo guys are struggling to keep up...

On another note, for everyone that is tired of Maxwell's never ending verbal diarrhea, if you go view his profile you can choose to add him to your ignore list.

Ok Max....got to call you on that. Lol. Baker sets up all his 3 inch track conversions with scratchers on the ski's and on the rails. And they run there snow flaps. You must be diving into the powder right off the trailer. Lol.

Spring time big problems but mid winter not an issue. But stock to stock we have been running no snowflaps and no scratchers for up to 30km on groomed trails and single tracks slow moving through the trees and no issues. We have now added the reverse scratchers because they so run 1 bar warmer through the trees but this eliminates that.

Like i started with they all need work if you ride them hard.

I apologize but I hardly think it went sideways. Still good info in here. Just curious what kind if information were you looking for that would make you think it was " on track"

LOL, yeah those Pro guys, what morons, they have to snap the scratchers down on the trail, man, isnt that retarded. I would never buy one of those POS just cause of that. LOL. I can run on the hardpack trail, and not have a sno flap or go thru the excruciating process of putting my scratchers down, so theres proof, my, (insert brand u own) is way superior. God some of you guys use any angle to justify why you're the best. LMAO
I know if i ever have to put my scratchers down on the trail, it totally destroys the whole days riding experience. LOL

We all get a little dumber each time we read one of these poo vs. doo circle jerk threads... That's unfortunate for those who didn't start with much mental horsepower to begin with.

What I usually do. Write a long paragraph that leaves you more confused than when You started

Try me. I'm betting you're avoiding the topic cuz you just can't answer it! Explain to the world why cat and poo are terrible sleds! Simple. There's no confusion behind that. My proclimb flat out works for me and I am totally comfortable with it, albeit it did have some belt issues that frustrated me but as I said every new chassis has its flaws. I would just like to know WHY my sled isn't any good for the mountains in the perspective of a pro with evidence to support your claims..

Its very simple if you are a closed minded die hard brand loyal doolaid drinkin dufus, its not a "doo thats made in canada so we should be paying more for sled" so it can't work in the mountains, it just cant. see how simple that is!! Ahhh small simple minded people make me laugh. Hahahahhahah
