Run my track loose with the extroverts, waayyy less rolling friction than stock, and no racheting, can pull the track around by one hand, let go and it will spin by itself, all idler wheels gone in the suspension too.
Myth or reality? You decide, but I know that my personal results are far less friction by running the track loose and still no ratcheting. Less friction is always better than more friction IMO.
Micro Belmont was making the best extroverts out there IMO, way wider mounting flanges on the sides, far beefier teeth than Wahls or Avids. Mountain Magic also has some of the best, but they are more $$ than most as well.
If you are going to run the track really loose, get an anti-stab kit.
