Extros on a 04 Rev

How hard is it to pull the Chain case and install Extros on a 04 Rev?

Oh so some 04s might have them and if not they are pretty easy to do?

you will have to look at your drivers to see if you have extro verts, and no it shouldnt b that hard, you would have to bring the drive shaft in to get the new drivers pressed on

Just did mine this summer. If you bought the "X" package in 04 you got the extraverts otherwise you would've just got standard drivers. I can't remember but i believe i used the 9 tooth drivers to free up some space in the crest of the bulk head. The snow can escape easier when there's more room. After the new drivers are pressed on, changing the shaft is a piece of cake, the issue comes in with the rails. You'll need to cut the tips of your rails back roughly 1-1/2" or purchase the rails that would come on an "X' for $300 a piece. It's sounds bad but it's not hard to cut at all, mine looks completely factory.
