I am looking for a structual engineer for residential house for around st albert.
Looking to change garage roof to a flat roof for a deck and open up a couple walls inside. If anyone knows of one let me know. Thanks

The building inspector will pass any roof from your local truss outfit, just tell them what you want...problem solved. The building code covers flat roofs and has all the spans. But it is just wasted info and can't be used.
