.....Yeah Dow in the Fort has really been picked apart and torn down. I think Dow just runs the plant and the poly. They sold off the glycol production to MEglobal. They shipped caustic to china for years only to shut down caustic production and buy it back from China and pay to ship it back. Then they firgured there is no money in that so they sell it off to Univar so now Univar owns all the caustic and the railcars but pays Dow to handle it. Sounds like the whole Dow division is a raging cluster
