put a kit on my 04 800 summit.tryied it out and its reving to high,cant go full out,or it goes to 8500,wondering if adding about another gram to the 17 that are in there now would work?we where in deep pow at about 6000ft.

about 200rpm per gram +- i would add 2 grams to each pin

also what clicker were you on.

if you get in a bind with over reving just clicker down to compensate till you have a chance to add weight.

thanks,i put it down to #1 clicker and still was alittle high.kit made a big difference in the deep snow.i will add some weight see how it goes.

so i added 2 grams and know at 2000ft in clicker #2 i can hold wide open and get 8200.should be good in #4 at 6000-8000.thanks for your help.

hmmmmm

What ramps do you have installed in the primary clutch.
They should say 415 on the side of it.

I suspect you have 417's

not sure on the ramps,you could be right.im going to try it in the mountains i will probaby be in clicker #4,but that should be ok i hope.also my belt is a 166 not the 377(it only has like 400km on it)
