The Whitecourt area has received anywhere from 5-15cm of snow in the last 48hrs. We have started our grooming operations on both the North and South trails. But please note that not all trails have been completed at this time.

We are happy to announce that both staging areas will be open in time for this coming weekend!
The Cookhouse at the Eagle River Staging Area repairs have been completed and it is now available for use as well! Please continue to use caution if you are leaving the parking lot as there may still be mulching debris present.

๐๐๐๐๐: Grooming has started on the North trails. All North trail grooming will be completed by Friday evening with the exception of the Manweiler Trail from #41 to the Athabasca River, the Carson Lake Trail from #9 to Carson Lake and the Staging Area Bypass Trail.
There will be a small detour just west of the Carson Cabin, please stay on the groomed trail.
๐๐๐๐๐: Grooming has started on the South trails. All South trail grooming will be completed by Friday evening with the exception of the Manweiler Trail from #45 to the Athabasca River and the Summit Trail from #35 to Tom Hill Tower.

As always, our words are " Ride At Your Own Risk" as the environment can change the conditions at any given time. Early season conditions still apply- natural hazards may include ice, running water, rocks, stumps, trees, muskeg. Our trails end at the banks, all water bodies may not be frozen, stay off large bodies of water.
