Give the guys at specialty sleds a call as they usually have cylinders in stock for them.. What they do is a cylinder exchange program where your cylinder is a core and then it ends up going out to get repaired if needed and renikasiled.. But you get a set to take with you that day and get the sled running.. It works really well when you have cylinders in rotation like that.

Depending on how many km are on the sled, I would just purchase a short block and then you get everything including cylinders, pistons and rings. I just had the rings, pistons, and cylinders replaced . If I would have known that I could get a rebuilt shortblock for almost the same price as rebuild top, I never would have done it that way.
