I just wanted to post a special thanks to Bruce and the boys at Mountain
Magic. I was out at Golden sat for my first ride with my new M1000 turbo
and had the turbo pile up, due to a bad bearing. Managed to get back to the trailer. I called Mountain Magic and they did assure me they would look after the repair of the turbo. I understand when getting into mod sleds this kind of stuff can happen. I was at ease that they would look after me because with now having to rent a sled in revy for the next 2 1/2 days I would not have to worry about the bill to fix mine. On my way from Golden to Revy, Bruce called and said he will leave first thing in the morning and bring me a new turbo.
I was blown away. I did not expect that kind of service but gladly took it. Thanks Bruce for driving out and Ken and the boys at Mountain Magic for making my trip. The sled worked awsome.

Having known Bruce for a few years now (even before his Mtn Magic days), this story does not surprise me as he is a genuine individual who will go out of his way to try and help someone out.

Nice to hear that , I am looking for a new place to take my sled as the last place pulled a fast one and wouldn't know customer service if it hit them in the head. I am looking forward to doing business there!!

I spoke with Bruce on the phone earlier this month. What a great guy. Offered me a wealth of free advice and sugestions even though I wasn't in the shop. Thanks again Bruce. I hope to check out the shop when I am in Edmonton next time.
