25 posts, 24 of which are new threads, all of which have some fitness thing being the topic. In 24 new threads threre is a combined 30 responses telling me most people dont give a damn. The workout of choice for most people here is lifting 355ml or 341ml from waist height to mouth.

I'm working on 12 FL.OZ of good Yankee brewed Coors right now while I'm waiting for the charcoal to be right for the fatty T-bones to go on. Burpp.

Well, in the interest of preserving my core I'v swapped over to Margarita's for the rest of the night. Every little bit helps you know... maybe tomorrow I'll watch the vid and learn.
