I see its supposed to be warm today and tomorrow in Fernie and the ski hill is saying wet snow halfway up the hill.
Is Wranglers Cabin, Rolling Hills etc all high enough in elevation (similar to halfway up bear chair) to avoid having the snow turn to slurpee material? Or is Corbin generally alot cooler?

This time of year you will experience some slurpee at the lower levels but it will be smooth slurpee not whooped out like the pipeline/powerline.

The Wrangler's cabin is at 6000' or 1800 meters (+or-) so that is quite a bit higher than halfway up the bear chair. My recollection has Polar Peak (one of the Peaks at FAR) a little over 6500'. Have a great ride....
