Here are a couple of pic's from Corbin last weekend. I think allot of people were scared away by the cold. It warmed up nice by mid day Sat and was beautiful on Sunday. It was a great weekend but not such a good ride home though. Found a little bit of ice on 22 just before Maycroft and wound up in the ditch truck is going to be fixed, trailer is to be wrote off and the sleds amazingly had very little damage. The good thing is none of us were hurt.

It's amazing the sleds aren't damaged...what a wreck! Looked like a nice weekend though. Hopefully insurance covers the tab!

Dude,The same thing happened to us last March just east of Lake Louise.Trailer was a right-off,one sled had $500.00 damage and the truck had $15,000.00 damage.Lost the rest of the sleding season and had no truck for three months.I really feel your pain. That's why we didn't head out Sat,I'm still a little nervous about trailering on ice now.I,m interested to find out how many others have "ditched it"?Glad your all ok.

the real question is, how long did it take you to clean out your pants after that incident?

Man what a wreck! your lucky you all walked away fine. On the postive side if there is one you got your riding in before hand. There are plenty of people that are still sledding and would probably have room for you and your sled!!!:D

Ok so this is freaky.Today has been a wild day at my home. The phone has been ringing all day.Two of my good friends had bad accidents sun PM coming home up HWY 22.They were both in different vehicles at different time. Both lost their trailers, most likey their trucks and only alittle damage to sleds. Then I saw the news and found out another friend on mine Doug Murry was the sledder killed at Keystone in Revelstoke. He invited me to go on Wed.He has a wife and family. Please say a prayer for them this week people.
