Friend of mine in the East picked up a 2010 Crossfire Sno Pro this fall. He rides with a new 1200 Doo Renegade and an Apex with Excel exhaust (~165HP). Races are close, but he is consistantly the winner. Real kicker is when they pull up to the pump. His Cat 800 is better than the Apex at each fuel stop and is equivalent to the Doo 1200. He has also ridden with a Z1 Turbo and been the same or better on fuel. No, he does not ride easy.

Good testament to the new Cat 800 motor.

So when do you pick yours up? Is it time to go new?

Bought a new M8 this fall, and can't say nothing bad. Lots of power, easy to ride and not bad on fuel and oil. A great sled, I recomend you buy one.
Cheers

With all you Wed Night guys getting new sleds it is tempting.......but I opted for a kid so I'm stuck with what I have....for now.

kids are only expensive once they come along..you still have time to upgrade!

Been reading alot of reviews and comparisons between the m8 snopro, dragon and summit...M8 seems to beat them all in handling and performance. We may have a new cat in wed night rides yet:beer:

I knew the only rason you got a Doo was from the pressure of those "other" guys. You are a smart man after all. You have always been my favourite of the group. Like a young bird I have taken under my wing. If you want to ride my Crossfire for while one day, no problemo. Should give you a good feel for the Cats....and then some ;) Heck, if you want to leave your Doo at home at some point, and let go of the embarrasment, I would let you ride the CF the whole day. We might have to switch off at some point just for fun...but then you may be making offers to purchase my ZR!!!:d:beer:

I think you will see him on a new Cat next year, if he is smart... he did like sitting on the POO last night too... so he is very clever!

Your ASSault is my second choice. Either choice and I would still call him a wise man.
