Rode Gorman yesterday. Visability wasn't the best, sun came out once and awhile. Snowing steady, about 6 inches of fresh and falling. Only 3 other trucks in the parking lot. Trail was fairly good.

Rode Quartz today. Visability was even worse, but made due. Snowed about a foot and a half to two feet and still coming down at a good rate. Trail was groomed on Wednesday and still in good shape. Trail Op said there hasen't been to many people up the last few days, about 15 or so trucks in the lot today.

Seen a few small slides in both area's but nothing to big. If the snow continues falling like it is, Avy conditions are going to be severe. Coming down some steep hills and the sled pushed snow about ten feet wide. Like always, use caution and think about where you park. Most people don't realize the "reach" an Avy has.

Yeah, I was at Quartz Friday too, condition were good, but poor visibility. Saturday we went to Silent Pass, and there was at least a foot+ of fresh. Visibility was a bit better, but what a day had a blast.
