Conditions/Places to Ride ?!

hey guys i was just wondering what the snow conditions are for places like valemont and sicamous and what the avalanche warning is for those areas. if someone has some information id appreciate it... i also realize that a tragic accident at boulder just passed us by and id like to extend my sympathies for the families and friends of the people whos lives were lost......
