This customer had chronic overheating issues and could not get through a days ride or poker rally with his Commander 1000 and asked us what we could do. We started with a CBR desert race rad, and went with an inline temperature switch and a painless fan relay kit. All the brackets to relocate the rad were custom fabricated and the rear harness bar was purchased to simplify the install. This is the same set up we use for the the Kawasaki Teryx and the RZR.
