Cold hands on my pro

The heated grips on my pro have died and I can't find the issue. Both hands and thumb are down all at the same time. Is there a fuse I should be looking for? I greased all the wire connections and still the same result.
both my hands and I would really appreciate some help. Thanks

Check the switch. If both hands quit at the same time it is most likely before it goes up the bars and splits sides. Don't disregard the neutral (-) if it is open you can still have voltage at the heaters but no current to make heat.

I had the same problem on mine. Took awhile to figure it out... turns out they just came unplugged.

A lot of times the wires come off the back of the switch. Give that a look at. Cheers!!
