Well, just got back from Revy, tons of snow. Boulder was packed but enough snow for everyone and Blue Lake was sweet. Lots of snow good traction, untouched powder and excellent trails. The sled worked awesome, I dont think id say the same without the track mods and gearing. But, now I want more, the gutted can worked good, Ive got shorty boots on it and my next task is clutching. Should I get an aftermarket clutch kit installed or go the route you (RSaint)mentioned. How bout the Rave valve and porting. Im hoping Im not the only one tweaking these motors.

Thanks for the update on Blue Lake, were riding there this weekend...good snow...gotto love that.
Good luck on the remaining Mods. One thing I know is the 670 summits are fast...I used to snow and grass drag mine and always won a prize (stock 700 and mountain class)...awesome sleds

THERE'S STILL SOME HYMARK "ROLLER" SECONDARIES OUT THERE.... THEY BOLT RIGHT IN, AND MAKE A HUGE DIFFERENCE IN THE REACTION OF YOUR CLUTCHES.... CHECK AROUND AND SEE WHO HAS WHAT... I BOUGHT A USED ONE(ALMOST LIKE NEW) A FEW YEARS AGO, COMPLETE WITH SPRINGS, AND WHAT A DIFFERENCE!!! YOU SHOULD GET HEAVIER PINS FOR THE PRIMARY, OR SOME KIND OF CLUTCH KIT.... CHECK WITH "DYANAMO JOE", AS HE HAS ALREADY GONE THROUGH THESE SYSTEMS AND HAS FORMULAS WORKED OUT TO MAXIMIZE YOUR CLUTCH SYSTEM. YOU CAN PM HIM(HE'S A MEMBER ON THIS SITE): Dynamo^Joe OR TRY THIS FOR SOME CLUTCH INFO: Clutching IQ - Northern Catalyst Performance Clutching Systems ...... GIVE IT A TRY, AND LET US KNOW HOW YOU MAKE OUT!!!

....and what would you suggest for springs, weights and helixes, Im thinkin 120/340 with 10-64 for the primary but what in the cat sec. Also did we need to shim the cat for the the doo jackshaft?
ps got the big bore!! gonna need some set up help!

120/340 might be a stretch depending on your final weights and engagement desires.....stock they were 160/230 (violet/yellow) spring.
